Cwmdu Parc is a trade park conveniently situated on Carmarthen Road, Swansea. The 20+ acre estate site is located approximately 2 miles north west of Swansea city centre and benefits from good transport links the M4 via the A483.

The Parc hosts a variety of well-established local and nationwide trade operators, including Travis Perkins, Toolstation, Screwfix, B&M and Edmundson Electrical. Although long established as an industrial estate, Cwmdu Parc has undergone substantial development since being under our management.

Recent development has attracted the likes of Funky Pump Fitness, who opened their brand new 14,000 sq ft gymnasium in January 2021, expanding their development into another unit in 2024, alongside on-site retailers Greggs and Au Vodka. Our most recent occupier beauty salon, Quirky Beauty, is already expanding into the adjacent unit after a successful first 6 months.
