Cosy Club Exchange Contracts To Come To Swansea's Exchange Buildings

After becoming vacant in August, we are delighted to announce that we have exchanged with Cosy Club, to take the ground floor of the notable Exchange Buildings.

You may know Loungers PLC from one of their 238 Lounges, or you may have visited one of the 2 Cosy Clubs in Cardiff, a brand we are thrilled to bring to our city.

This deal with form part of a larger development for The Exchange Buildings and the adjacent Evening Post House buildings, of which we aim to bring 80+ aparthotel style bedrooms in Swansea, utilising the properties to increase the leisure and hospitality facilities available in our city.

We are beyond excited to see what Cosy Club do with the space, enhancing the beautiful historic features, the Grade II listed building is already home to. They’re aiming for an open date of middle of 2025, which will require a large investment from both ourselves as the Landlord and Loungers PLC, something we are both committed to do in order to open the doors as soon as possible.
