Swansea.com Acquires Lyte Ladders HQ

Swansea.com has acquired the Lyte Ladders HQ, located in Llansamlet, Swansea.

The unit sits at over 100,000 sq. ft across 9 acres of freehold land, with Lyte Ladders remaining in tenancy, as they have done for the last 13 years.

Lyte Ladders have recently undergone a merger in March 2024, joining forces to offer their “customers the highest quality, broadest range and most sustainable products in the marketplace with the resources to accelerate product development, account management and customer service”.

The purchase is part of our elevation strategy of investing within Swansea, both in the city and surrounding areas. Lyte Ladders have committed to a further 15 years on the site and we look forward to seeing the growth the company can achieve following the acquisition.
