Parc Teifi Planning Approved
We are thrilled to announce that our recent change of use planning application has been approved for Parc Teifi.
The change of use allows us to convert all 10 holiday cottages into homes with the current clubhouse being convert into 5 1-bedroom apartments, all subject to Affordable Housing discounts. The project will begin in the next couple of months, with repurposing works taking place plus the full clubhouse conversion, with hope to have the houses listed on the market by the Summer.
After a delightful 20 years of ownership, the sale of the homes will allow us to have further resources to focus on our projects within Swansea.
